Emily is an Account Manager on our Multi-Life team, bringing over two decades of experience in the employee benefits insurance industry. She manages the daily operations of her multi-life accounts and works closely with her clients on the implementation and onboarding of their employees. She collaborates with clients on plan design options and identifies opportunities to improve account performance. Additionally, she assists clients with billing, enrollment, and claims. 

Emily joined TCS in October 2024 as part of the acquisition of The Downey Group, where she had been employed since 1999. Emily has excelled in her many roles with the firm, including Benefit Plan Administrator, Executive Assistant to David J. Downey and Jane A. Hays, Operations Officer, and Account Manager.

Emily lives with her husband, Kevin, and their two sons, Wyatt and Will, on a small grain and livestock farm in rural Lovington, IL. In her free time, Emily enjoys proudly cheering on her boys at their baseball and basketball games. When she’s not in the stands, she loves boating on beautiful Lake Shelbyville.
