Chip joined the TCS underwriting team in 2021, bringing nearly 30 years of experience to our firm. In 2025, Chip was promoted to the role of Manager of Insurance Solutions. Chip plays a crucial role in shaping our individual insurance practices and in managing the underwriting workflow and our client service team. His client-centric focus and excellent rapport with our insurance carriers ensure a positive client experience, serving as their advocate throughout the underwriting process and beyond.
